Refund Policy

All sales are final

Credits are delivered digitally and consumed immediately when used to generate AI content. For this reason, all credit purchases are non-refundable — including unused credits.

Credits never expire and remain in your account until used.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund only in these cases (within 14 days of charge):

  • Duplicate charge from a technical error
  • Unauthorized transaction
  • Credits not delivered due to a system failure we can't resolve

How to request

Email juyeong.son97@gmail.com with your account email, transaction date, and reason. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle (5–10 business days).
