Account
Provide accurate info and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Credits & Payments
Credits are required to use the Service and are purchased via Paddle. Credits don't expire. All sales are final — see Refund Policy.
Acceptable Use
Don't use the Service unlawfully, share accounts, resell access, or scrape AI outputs for redistribution.
AI Disclaimer
AI-generated questions and feedback may contain errors. The Service is a study aid and does not guarantee exam success. Verify against official CFA materials.
Liability
The Service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. In any case, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits are non-refundable.
